But, what good is it if I can't share it with others?. Thanks to my success thus far in Competitive Fitness and Figure, I'm now utilizing my skills to coach future up and coming Fitness and Figure athletes. I thoroughly enjoy mentoring these dedicated women. I receive so much gratification as I watch them perform and shine with such confidence and poise. The true catalyst of my competitive Fitness and Figure career was in 1999 when I was introduced to a wonderful line of nutritional products called HERBALIFE. I became a distributor in 2000 and I have a fantastic "At Home" Nutrition Consultant business with clients from coast to coast. been in the Fitness industry over 2 decades. I have a Bachelor
of Science degree in Kineisiology and Physical Education. A whole
stream of events have culminated into a fascinating Fitness career:
various management positions, the health and fitness field, NFL
cheerleading, coaching, choreography and now an IFBB Fitness Professional,
